Special Milonga Mini-series!

Thursdays in February

Class + Practice, 8-9:30pm
Atlanta Ballroom Dance Centre

Each week, we will cover basic and more complex milonga movements.   The class will run for an hour plus, then we'll practice until 9:30pm.

For advanced beginners and up – command of tango basics is expected.

No partner needed.   But, if you want to work solely in close-embrace, come with a partner.

Fees & Shoes:  $50/series, $15/drop-in. Please arrive at 7:45pm to check in, pay the class fee - cash/check to Lynda Wilson, and change shoes if need be.

Doble Frente Workshop

Saturday, February 4, 2012, 1-3pm
Atlanta Ballroom Dance Centre

In tango doble frente - double front, the partners dance in shadow postion. We will cover entering and exiting this alternate embrace, and vocabulary suitable for social dancing. More movement possibilities....more fun on the dance floor!

For advanced beginners and up - command of tango basics is expected.

No partner or dance experience needed!  For the tango novice, we will cover a few basics to get you going.  Experienced dancers, come for a warm up and coaching.  Please arrive at 7:45pm to check in, meet 'n greet, and pay the evening cover .

Tango Immersion - Fundamentals Workshop

For those brand new to tango, and for new-ish tangueros wanting more confidence and clarity in their dance. We'll cover tango posture, the connection between the partners, basic vocabulary, and navigating the dance floor.

No partner or previous dance experience needed!
